McKesson Telehealth Advisor™ solution collects and transmits individualized disease management and vital sign information enabling you to remotely track patients’ symptoms, behavior and knowledge, as well as vital signs.  Telehealth Advisor surveys patients about their conditions based on prior responses and interfaces the results with electronic health record solutions or call center software.
