Sustaining Circle Membership is the premiere level of corporate involvement in ATA. In addition to all Circle Member benefits, Sustaining Circle Members receive the highest level of visibility in the organization and additional discounts for exhibits, meetings and other products.  

  • Premier Placement - The highest visibility in ATA publications, meetings and the ATA website
  • Free website sponsorship – a linked corporate logo on the ATA Home Page
  • Free website advertising - a free 6-month standard ad on the ATA website

ATA's Circle Members represent companies that are interest in making a strategic investment in the association's future to play a special role in shaping the telemedicine industry during these critical, formative years. Additional privileges provide an opportunity for the Circle Member to position itself as a leader among the growing numbers of emerging providers. In addition to all Regular Corporate member benefits, Circle Members receive:

  • Industry Council Membership - The Industry Council (IC)  provides a forum for the top telemedicine leaders to attend private industry briefings. These exclusive meetings allow the IC to interact with high-level decisionmakers and weigh in on issues of importance to the industry. The IC meets at the ATA Annual Meeting. The Advocacy Alliance is an important element of the Industry Council, focusing on federal and state regulatory and legislative issues in conjunction with the ATA Policy Committee and other key healthcare organizations.
  • Representation on the ATA Board of Directors - Circle Members have special representation on the ATA Board of Directors. The Industry Council Chair, elected by the Circle Members for a oneyear term, serves on the ATA Board of Directors as a full voting member.
  • Circle Member Listserv and Conference Calls - Circle Members have exclusive access to network at any time on the ATA Listserv. Regular IC conference calls provide video or audio briefings on issues that matter to you.
  • Annual ATA Leadership Dinner - Circle Member representatives are entitled to attend ATA’s Annual Leadership Dinner. Held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting, this exclusive networking event is hosted by the ATA Board of Directors and brings together the top telemedicine leaders in the world from telemedicine and telehealth programs, healthcare institutions, academia and federal agencies.
  • Name Recognition - When people think "telemedicine" you want them to immediately associate it with your company's name. To help you get your name and message in front of people as often as possible, Circle Members are listed in virtually every ATA publication. The ATA web site also provides direct links to Circle Members web sites.

  • Individual Memberships for all your employees - When your company becomes a Corporate Member of ATA, we mean ALL of your employees.  There is no limit to the number of people in a company who may participate in ATA’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and receive discounts and other member benefits from ATA.
  • A Voice on Capitol Hill - ATA shapes public policy to allow consumers, patients and health care institutions to realize the benefits of telemedicine. The Association is the forum for organizations to work collaboratively to establish policy priorities and effect regulatory and legislative change.
  • Exclusive Buyer’s Guide and Website Access and Exposure - ATA’s Corporate Member Directory provides direct links to Corporate Member web sites at no charge. The ATA Telemedicine Buyers Guide, visited by thousands of prospective customers each year, features Corporate Member products and services.   • Exhibitor Discounts and Sponsorship Opportunities - The ATA Exhibit Showcase is where potential customers see the latest in telemedicine products and services. ATA Corporate Members receive a discount on every 10x10 booth and an unlimited number of complimentary VIP passes to the Exhibit Hall. In addition, ALL exhibit booth personnel receive a full registration to Annual Meeting educational and plenary sessions.
  • Discounted subscription to the Telemedicine and Medical Connectivity package, including Telemedicine and e-Health - Published 10 times annually Telemedicine and e-Health covers all aspects of clinical telemedicine practice- technical advances- medical connectivity- enabling technologies- education- health policy and regulation and biomedical and health services research dealing with clinical effectiveness- efficacy and safety of telemedicine and its effects on quality- cost and accessibility of care- medical records and transmission of same.
