Scientific ePosters

ATA 2014 offers three new ways to view and learn more about ePosters:

  1. Digital viewing of ePosters at kiosks throughout the conference

ePosters are digital poster presentations that will be available for viewing at kiosks in the ePoster Zone located in the Education corridor throughout the entire conference.

  2. ePoster oral presentations

ePoster speakers will provide an overview of the ePoster during the NEW ePoster Lightning Rounds (see ePoster track for schedule of presentations.)  ePoster presentations are oraganized and scheduled by subject area.

The program lists the presenters for each hour in order of their presentation.  For the Lightning Rounds, two podiums will be used with a large screen placed in the middle

Each ePoster presenter is allotted 3 minutes to speak about their ePoster. ePoster slides will be projected on the screen and advanced by an A/V technician in the room.
No questions will be answered during the lightning rounds.  Once a speaker is finished, the speaker goes to the Poster Zone for questions and answers with attendees, and the next speaker will be at the other podium ready to present.

  3. ePoster Meet and Greet in the ePoster Zone

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and interact with ePoster presenters in the ePoster Zone. ePoster Meet and greet sessions are organized by track/subject area.  ePoster presenters involved in the Lightning Rounds will go to the Meet and Greet location to answer questions following their presentation.
ePosters will be judged and awards will be announced at the Plenary Session on Tuesday, May 20.
