The Rural Health Care (RHC) Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program with $400 million annually available to provide reduced rates for telecommunications service and broadband access used for the provision of health care services. This training will focus on new developments in the RHC program, including the new Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) Program and the online application management system, My Portal. Attendees will receive information about HCF Program eligibility, program requirements, and the application process. This training is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
