Joe comes to Hims & Hers after 10 years in the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs as Deputy Branch Chief and Senior Policy Analyst covering a wide range of federal regulatory matters, including DEA and telemedicine related rulemakings. Joe has a Masters in Public Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelors in Political Science from Temple University. Joe was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, PA.
