Robin Glasco

Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Bambü Global Healthcare Advisors




With nearly 25 years experience in healthcare including leadership accountability in strategic planning, business development, market strategy, and product development, Robin most recently was the chief innovation officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In her role overseeing innovation, Robin was responsible for establishing the innovation function, introducing the science of innovation to the organization and deploy new solutions that allow more people of Massachusetts to have access to high quality, affordable healthcare.

Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Robin served as vice president of strategic operations for Kaiser Permanente. In this role, she provided leadership in the development and implementation of the Permanente Medical Group’s strategic priorities. During her 18 years with Kaiser Permanente, Robin held numerous leadership roles including executive director of Sales Strategy and Operational Performance of Sales and Account Management in California. In this role, she led a strategic planning to maximize growth opportunities for the sales department.

She also led a team of consultants, project managers and analysts accountable for the development and execution of sales strategies to exceed customer expectations. Other leadership roles include overseeing clinical operations as medical office administrator where she led the development and implementation of the first center for complementary medicine.

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Robin served in various healthcare roles with United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Antero Healthplans in a sales, marketing, account management capacity.

Robin holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. She serves on four boards: American Telehealth Association, Boston Harbor Now, Community Servings and BUILD and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc.
