Robin Glasco

Executive Consultant, Healthcare Spencer Stuart

Having spent her entire career in healthcare, Robin Glasco brings an acute understanding and unique perspective of the industry. A Washington, D.C.-based member of Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare and Insurance practices, Robin is a strategist and innovator, helping healthcare leaders reimagine and transform their organizations.

Robin has nearly 30 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, clinical operations, business and product development for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Kaiser Permanente and United Healthcare.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Robin was the founder and CEO of Bambü Global Healthcare Advisors, a healthcare advising and design firm. She worked with global, national and regional leaders across the healthcare ecosystem — payors, providers, hospital systems, retail, patient advocacy, medical device, diagnostics, laboratories and community-based programs.

Robin has a long track record of servant leadership in seeking to improve underserved communities. She currently serves on the board of the American Telehealth Association.

Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and an MBA from the University of Colorado. She also is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha and hosts The Pink Couch, an online platform she founded to have conversations deemed uncomfortable impacting women in leadership.
