The Next Mile: Scaling Virtual Care in Rural America

An Insights Summit Workshop

The infrastructure is taking shape. The evidence is there. Now comes the hard part: scaling virtual care where it’s needed most.

What’s standing in the way? And what can health systems do about it?

This Virtual Insights Workshop brings together leaders working on the front lines of rural virtual care for a candid, hands-on conversation about the realities of scaling—from hub-and-spoke specialty care to acute and behavioral telemedicine.

With the Rural Health Transformation Program beginning to reach states, we’ll dig into what the funding is making possible, where implementation is hitting roadblocks, and what health systems further along the journey have learned along the way.

But this isn’t a panel. And it’s not a lecture. It’s a problem-solving session built around the challenges you’re facing.

Before the session, attendees will have the opportunity to submit a real rural telehealth challenge or question. Facilitators will select 1–2 challenges to tackle together, drawing on the experience and perspectives of everyone in the room.

Bring us the problem you’re trying to solve.
Maybe it’s workforce. Funding. Reimbursement. Technology. Adoption. Sustainability. Or something that doesn’t fit neatly into any category.

Space is limited to keep the conversation interactive. And because the best insights shouldn’t end when the session does, key takeaways from the discussion will be captured in a post-event report and shared with all registrants.
