Given the recent abundance of press on DTC asynchronous companies, developing a clear and consistent message on the application and appropriate use of DTC telehealth is imperative. This ATA initiative aims to get ahead of the potential for bad press and regulation by defining what DTC is (and what it isn’t), and developing high-level, specialty agnostic best practices for DTC asynchronous companies.
