Listening Session on DEA Proposed Rules on Remote Prescribing of Controlled Substances

Join us for a special Listening Session on Tuesday, March 21, 1-2pm ET.

ATA and ATA Action’s policy experts will offer reactions to and answer questions about the recently proposed Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) rules regarding the remote prescription of controlled substances to take effect once the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ends on May 11, 2023.

The ATA and ATA Action want to hear from our members who are prioritizing this important issue to gain insights from the telehealth community as we develop a comprehensive response to the DEA and advance next steps in our advocacy efforts.

  • Kyle Zebley, Senior VP, Public Policy, the ATA, and Executive Director, ATA Action
  • Megan Herber, Principal, Faegre Drinker

This Listening Session is open to all ATA and ATA Action members. Registration is free but required to attend.
