Post Pandemic Telehealth – What Will It Look Like?
We invite you to watch this complimentary webinar exploring telehealth solution attributes, remote patient monitoring platforms, and how they it lead to improved chronic care management.
Many health systems responded to the pandemic by standing up telehealth solutions to meet the immediate need. With the end of the pandemic on the horizon these same health systems are looking at viable long term solutions and strategies to integrate telehealth as part of the normal flow of care.
In this discussion we will look specifically at the architecture and platforms with an eye on scalability, security and integration into the clinical workflow. Bill Russell, Founder of This Week in Health IT, and Chris Logan of VMware will address questions such as what telehealth solution attributes lead to greater patient access? What does a remote patient monitoring platform look like and how does it lead to improved chronic care management? How will these initiatives be funded by health systems?
