Geisinger, a prominent Pennsylvania-based health system with a deep-rooted history in community healthcare, ranks among the top innovative health systems in the nation. Since 2021, Geisinger adopted the Current Health platform, a remote patient monitoring tool from Best Buy Health. However, some patients found this technology daunting, which affected their compliance with home-based care plans. To address this, Geisinger sought the assistance of Best Buy’s Geek Squad.
