A Global Review of Sentiments on Video-Enabled Virtual Care

 

Greg Matthews, Founder of HealthQuant, talked with Heather Peacock of Logitech and Paul Hartley of Escalent about the research report they’re launching during Telehealth Awareness Week (September 19-25, 2021).

This benchmark report, which surveyed nearly 1,000 HCPs and Patients from 23 different countries, yields some fascinating findings about the way that telehealth – specifically video consultations – are experienced around the world. The report has significant implications not just for those participating in virtual visits, but to the healthcare leaders who are making decisions about how to platform and equip their telehealth solutions.
