Express Talk | Plenary Session
April 15, 2019 | 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CDT
Three academic past presidents of ATA, all physicians with differing specialty expertise (Psychiatry, Pediatrics and Pulmonary/Critical Care), will present their perspectives on how the use of telemedicine technologies and workflows can improve clinician resilience and reduce burnout and what their respective institutions are doing to improve provider wellness. They will describe how this then improves the quality of care for all their patients, especially in environments where virtual health technologies are integrated into traditional health systems.
