Updates to ATA Member Systems

Important information on changes coming to the ATA member login system.

You’ve probably noticed some changes happening at the ATA. If you attended ATA19, you were there for the official unveiling of the new ATA branding, including the launch of the new ATA website. We hope that you’ve been enjoying the improved aesthetic and usability of the site.

The next phase of our transition will require some patience and assistance from you, our members. Please review the following, so you know what to expect over the next few weeks.

Renewal Services Temporarily Unavailable Due to System Upgrade
The ATA is continuing to upgrade systems to better serve our members. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we transition to our new CRM platform. If you are scheduled to renew your ATA Membership this month, you will be able to do so starting Monday, June 3.

ATA Community and Forum Access During the Transition
Members will still be able to log into The Source to access ATA communities and the open forum during the transition to the new CRM platform. Please note that any changes you make to your user profile starting 5/23 at 5pm EDT will not be saved and/or migrated to your profile in the new system.

ATA Community and Forum Access After the Transition
A refreshed and fully integrated open discussion forum will be available to members beginning the week of June 3, with upgrades and enhancements scheduled for release through the remainder of 2019.

Community and forum posts from The Source will be archived and available through the end of 2019. Moving into 2020, the archives will no longer be available.

Create New User Accounts Starting Monday, June 3
Starting the week of Monday, June 3, we will be emailing members with information on how to create a new user profile in our new CRM to access member content, communities and the new open forum on the ATA site. Once you’ve created your new user account, you will have seamless access to all member content, forums and communities.

We’re very excited to announce the work we’ve been doing to improve your member experience! If you have any questions or feedback on the changes taking place, please email membership@americantelemed.org.
